Support is provided through our ticket system. You can submit tickets to our technical support, billing and sales departments. Normal support hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays. Emergency technical support is handled 24×7x365.

When you sign up for CU CDN service, you will receive documentation and your control panel login details via e-mail. For any questions not covered, please submit a support ticket. We are happy to assist you.
